General Shipping
For most of our art pieces, we offer standard shipping services that are designed to be efficient and cost-effective. Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery destination and the size of the art piece. We aim to provide you with transparent and competitive shipping rates.

We offer a shipping flat fee for all orders within UAE with art that is located in the UAE for 45 AED.
The shipping fee for all orders to other countries will be calculated during the checkout process.

Art with impact collection
For our "Art with Impact" collection, which supports our social responsibility program and features art pieces sourced from the Zaatari refugee camp in Jordan, there is a flat shipping fee of 200 AED. This particular fee is due to the unique logistical challenges involved in delivering these pieces. The Zaatari refugee camp is situated in a remote rural area in the middle of the desert, posing specific logistical hurdles. To ensure the safe transit of these special art pieces, we need to coordinate additional resources to transport them to a location where standard shipping carriers can collect them. This additional effort incurs higher logistical costs, which are reflected in the flat shipping fee.

We understand that the flat shipping fee for our "Art with Impact" pieces may appear higher than expected. However, we kindly ask for your understanding in recognizing that these pieces are sourced from a unique location with specific challenges. Your support of this collection directly contributes to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.

Delivery Time
For both our general art pieces and those from the "Art with Impact" collection, we strive to ensure prompt and reliable delivery. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase, taking into account the specific shipping destination and any potential delays.

We pack your order as soon as possible and ship it from our warehouse located in Dubai and Riyadh. We aim to dispatch your order within one day of your order being placed, however please note that sometimes it can take 1-2 days extra due to delays in the carrier or if our warehouse has an unusually high volume of orders.

If you haven't received your order within the delivery time advertised, please first check if you have provided us with the correct information. If you have provided correct information, contact our customer service no longer than 30 working days after the order was placed and we will help you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exclusions
Please note that our "Art with Impact" collection, which forms a part of our social responsibility program, is excluded from our regular return policy. These pieces are meticulously sourced from the Zaatari refugee camp in Jordan, and by purchasing from this collection, you're making a direct impact on the lives of those in need. Due to the nature of our commitment to supporting these artists, we are unable to accept returns on "Art with Impact" items unless they arrive damaged. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
